Number of tigers grows in Indian state

Officials in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh say the number of tigers there has increased.

A census carried out showed that the state now has nine-hundred-twenty-seven tigers, fifteen more than at the previous count four years ago.

Madhya Pradesh accouts for more than a quarter of the world's tiger population.
