Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan to hold talks on pipeline
The foreign minister of Azerbaijan, Hasan Hasanov, has said he will visit Turkmenistan later this month for talks on the route of a gas pipeline which it is proposed will run through the two countries. He said the talks will focus on the legal status of the Caspian Sea, which separates the two countries. Mr Hasanov said Azerbaijan was keen for the pipeline to pass through its territory.
