Three militants, policeman killed in Kashmir

Three militants and a policeman have been killed in separate incidents in Jammu and Kashmir, All India Radio reported on Wednesday.

A Defence Ministry spokesman in Srinagar said the three Pakistani-trained militants were killed when troops launched a combing operation in the Panjwari forest in the Kupwara District on Tuesday night.

The radio did not give details of the second incident.
