Death toll rises Delhi explosion

Police in India say the number of people killed in the bomb explosion on a bus in Delhi on Tuesday has risen to four.

At least two people were killed instantly and twenty injured when a device placed under a seat on the bus went off.

No group has admitted carrying out the attack -- the latest in a series of bombings in Delhi in recent months which left at least seven dead and over two hundred injured.
