Tajik soldier shot dead
A Tajik soldier serving with the Russian border guards has been shot dead in the Tajik capital, Dushanbe. Police say unidentified gunmen opened fire on his car in the city's outskirts. No-one has admitted responsibility. From the newsroom of the BBC World Service |
