Indonesian plane crash: black box found

Investigators in Indonesia have found the flight data recorder of the Singaporean Silkair jet which crashed into a river in Sumatra last week, killing all one-hundred-and-four people on board.

The Indonesian Transport Minister Haryanto Dhanutirto said the recorder was found on the bed of the Musi river.

He said it would be sent to the United States for investigation.

Little wreckage and few remains have so far been found at the crash site.
