American charged with spying home for Christmas holiday
An American technician charged with spying in Russia has arrived back in the United States under an agreement which allows him to spend the Christmas holiday with his family. The technician, Richard Bliss, has agreed to return to Russia on January the tenth. He was arrested in the city of Rostov-on-Don last month and charged with spying on restricted sites.
