Five shot dead in Sao Paulo violence

Six gunmen in Brazil burst into a house and opened fire, killing at least five men in a poor neighbourhood of the country's largest city, Sao Paulo.

Around twenty people were gathered to celebrate Christmas when the gunmen entered the house and shot all the men present.

Police authorities say they don't know who carried out the attack in what they say is one of the most violent parts of the city.
