Klinsmann in surprise return to Spurs
The London football club, Tottenham Hotspur, has announced that the German national team captain, Jurgen Klinsmann, will return to the club on loan until the end of the season. The announcement was made by Tottenham's chairman, Alan Sugar, with whom Klinsmann had a bitter dispute when he left the club in 1995. He went to the German team, Bayern Munich, and now plays for the Italian club, Sampdoria. From the newsroom of the BBC World Service |
