Navigator of crashed Tajik plane to be questioned

The Russian news agency Itar-TASS says the navigator of the Tajik airliner which crashed in Sharjah last Monday killing eighty-five people is to be questioned by investigators later today.

The agency says crash investigators visited the navigator, Sergei Petrov -- the sole survivor of the accident -- and found him ready to answer questions.

It says the plane's flight and voice recorders will be taken to Moscow for decoding.
