Ukraine PM leads delegation to China
The prime minister of Ukraine, Valery Pustovoitenko, has gone to China at the head of a large delegation, including government ministers, senior civil servants, business executives, and economics, scientific and military experts. The Russian newsagency, ITAR TASS, said the main aim of the visit is to boost trade, and economics links, and encourage Chinese investment in Ukraine. The delegation will tour business and financial sectors in Beijing, Shanghai, and the special economic zone in Shenzen. From the newsroom of the BBC World Service |
