Frowick "realistic" about Bosnia

One of the chief international officials in Bosnia-Hercegovina, Robert Frowick, says he's optimistic that more progress will be made in implementing peace in the country.

Mr Frowick - the head of mission for the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe - was speaking in a BBC interview at the end of a two-year tour of duty in Bosnia.

Mr Frowick said the mission had achieved its main tasks but one had to be realistic about how long it took to establish proper functioning institutions in a country which had been torn by war.
