Pro-Israeli militiamen killed in south Lebanon
Reports from southern Lebanon say a member of the Israeli-backed militia has been killed and another injured in an attack by Hezbollah guerrillas. Officials of the South Lebanon Army said a roadside bomb was detonated near Jezzin as a patrol passed by. So far this year more than twenty SLA militiamen have been killed and more than sixty injured in southern Lebanon. From the newsroom of the BBC World Service |
