Macedonian government to stop issuing visas on Greek border
The Macedonian government says that from next month it will no longer issue visas at border crossings with Greece. Travellers from the two countries will be required to visit the consulate in the respective capital before starting their journey. A Macedonian spokesman said the government regretted having to make a change which hampered the free movement of people in this way, but was doing so in response to Greece's withdrawal of the same facility.
