Child part of jewellery raid gang
A gang of robbers, including a young child, have stolen thousands of pounds worth of jewellery from a shop in Surrey.

Police said a woman and the child kept staff at the jewellers in Farnham talking while another woman and a man forced open several display cabinets.

They made off with rings and earrings valued at several thousand pounds.

Police said the raid took place at John R Fox Jewellers in Downing Street in Farnham at about 1450 BST on Tuesday.

Gold teeth

Police have issued descriptions of the adults involved.

The man was of Asian appearance, in his late 20s or early 30s and about 5ft 7ins tall with short black hair and a round face.

He wore blue tracksuit trousers and a sports top.

The women are also described as of Asian appearance and both wore black headscarves.

The woman who spoke to the sales assistant had four gold front teeth.
