Bullock begins home legal battle
Actress Sandra Bullock has begun a legal battle with a property developer she hired to build her luxury home.
She is accusing MB Daneshjou of building a house that needed extensive repairs after it was finished.
Mr Daneshjou has countersued saying the star owes him money, and that the building work was up to standard.
The judge in Travis County, Texas, has banned cameras from the proceedings so Bullock can be "a regular person" in the courtroom.

Single error for Franz Ferdinand
Rock band Franz Ferdinand have had to re-release their new single because the original had too many tracks on it, making it ineligible for chart entry.
The inclusion of three tracks on two versions of the Michael single meant the Mercury-nominated band would not be allowed to chart this weekend.
The second CD single will now be re-packaged and released without third track, Tell Her Tonight (Paul Sings).
The song can be downloaded from the Franz Ferdinand website.

Brolin, who starred in the short-lived US television series Mister Sterling, is the son of actor James Brolin and stepson of Barbra Streisand.
