United players on driving charges
Mads Timm
Timm appeared in court with fellow player Callum Flanagan
Two teenage Manchester United players have appeared in court accused of dangerous driving.

Mads Timm, 19, of Bowden, Cheshire, and Callum Flanagan, 18, of Ludgate Hill, Manchester, appeared before magistrates in Trafford, Greater Manchester.

The case follows a crash in January this year near Manchester United's training ground in which player Phil Marsh was injured.

Both men were bailed to come back for a committal hearing on 30 September.

They both confirmed their names and addresses to the court.
