'Nuisance neighbour' is evicted

A Mansfield man who allegedly threatened his neighbour with an airgun is being evicted from his home.

Jamie Krilovs, 21, of Ladybrook Estate, has been served with a court injunction.

Mansfield District Council decided to evict him after local residents complained about his behaviour.

Residents kept a diary of alleged incidents which helped obtain a court injunction against him. He has until next Monday to leave his flat.

He was accused of playing music until the early hours of the morning, throwing rubbish from his bedroom window, carrying out noisy repairs in the middle of the night, firing his airgun, and swearing at neighbours.

The injunction prevents him from causing a nuisance in the area, threatening neighbours, playing loud music and riding motorcycles dangerously.
