The funerals of two teenagers, killed when their car overturned and ran into trees a week ago, are being held.
A service for Katy Linighan, 18, of the Clavering area of Hartlepool, is due to take place on Tuesday.
The funeral of Richard Clemot-Escobar, also 18, from Stockton Road, Hartlepool will be held on Wednesday. Two teenage girls also hurt are still in hospital.
The pair died at the scene of the crash on the A19 at Dalton Piercey, Teesside on Monday, 16 August.
Joseph Hughes, headteacher at the English Martyr's School, described them as very popular and gifted pupils.
'Gift from God'
One of the injured girls, both 18, is being treated at the James Cook University Hospital where her condition is described as "stable".
The other is being treated in Sunderland Eye Infirmary for facial injuries.
Richard's mother Elizabeth-Ann, a French teacher at the school, said he was "a gift from God".
Richard had achieved nine A*s in his GCSEs and was very musical.
