Detectives have charged a man with an 8th sex offence in Herts and London.
Pedros Anthia, 34, has been charged with an attempted sexual assault on a 19 year old woman in Hertford Road, Hatfield on 25 April.
He has already been charged with rape and another offence in Hatfield and St Albans, in April, 2004.
In addition Anthia of West Green Road, Haringey, London has been charged with
five London rapes and attacks, totalling eight offences.
He will be appearing at St Albans Crown Court for a plea and directions hearing later this month.
