A woman has been granted conditional bail after being charged with the murder of a two-year-old boy.
Susan Holdsworth, 34, of Millpool Close, Hartlepool, appeared before town magistrates on Wednesday following the death of Kyle Fisher on July 21.
She was bailed to live at an address in Leeds, and will appear before Teesside Crown Court on September 14.
Kyle died in Newcastle General Hospital last month, two days after being found with head injuries.
