A show jumping event is being held in memory of a Sussex University student who died from meningitis.
Second year student Natalie Naylor, 20, died in January after contracting the B strain of the disease.
Now her friend Emma Perren has organised an open show jumping contest which is being held on Sunday in Dorking, Surrey.
Money from the event will go to the Natalie Naylor Trust set up by her family after her death.
'Friendly show'
Miss Naylor died two days after being admitted to hospital near her home in Wallington, Surrey.
Students and staff at the university in Falmer were later given antibiotics as a precaution.
The show jumping event, which is being held at the Dorking Equestrian Centre, was organised because Miss Naylor was an enthusiastic horse rider.
She belonged to the Cobham and Miss Sussex branches of the Pony Club.
Miss Perren said: "It is a really friendly show - we will let everybody finish.
"It is an opportunity to come and join in and have some fun."
The proceeds will help various causes through the Natalie Naylor Trust including the Meningitis Trust and the Meningitis Research Foundation.
