Fire house search will take time
fire at Trowell
The house was badly damaged
Police in Nottinghamshire say it will be several more days before their search of a burnt-out farmhouse in Trowell is complete.

The bodies of two men were discovered in the property on Stoney Lane which was destroyed by fire on Thursday.

Police believe the fire, which required five fire crews to bring it under control, was started deliberately.

Post-mortem examinations have been carried out on both men but neither have yet been formally identified.

The damage to the property was so great the emergency services had to make sure the structure was safe before it could be searched.

One of the victims was recovered on Thursday, the second removed the day after.
