People living near where a man was murdered with a crossbow bolt have said they are disgusted by the crime.
Wayne Philips, 30, died after being found at a flat in Patterson Court, Dartford, Kent, on Friday morning.
Police confirmed his death was due to a wound caused by a crossbow bolt but would not say if it had been fired.
Several people are still being questioned by police over the crime which one neighbour said many in the area were appalled by.
'Bad name'
It is thought Mr Philips, of St Edmunds Road, was involved in a dispute prior to the attack in the Temple Hill area of the town.
He was taken to the Darent Valley Hospital after being found with the bolt wound where he later died.
Barbara Kessell, who lives near Patterson court, said people living nearby were appalled at the murder but said there had been a few disturbances in the area in the past few months.
She said: "It goes on until three in the morning, cars driving up and down the road racing with people shouting and swearing."
Another neighbour said: "We are disgusted to be honest.
"Most people are happy living around here but this has given the area a bad name."
Police said on Saturday that "numerous" people arrested n Friday were still being questioned.
Officers from Kent are working with the Metropolitan force on the investigation.
