Warning over bogus model agent

Women in Gloucestershire are being warned by police after reports that a man is approaching young women in the street and offering them modelling work

Several young hopefuls have handed money, credit card and personal details to the offender in Gloucester recently.

He says he can get them work as a model, but is never heard from again.

Det Cons Rod Dougal said: "Reputable firms would not ask for money up front, and would be able to provide details of their company when asked for them."
