An inquest into the death of a 33-year-old who was killed in an Austrian coach crash has opened.
David Hamilton from Bournemouth, was one of five Britons killed in the accident near Salzburg on 10 August.
He was on a last-minute holiday with his girlfriend Liz Cullen, 26, who suffered elbow and knee injuries.
An inquest was opened and adjourned by Coroner Sheriff Payne at
Bournemouth, Poole and East Dorset Coroner's Court, on Tuesday.
Mr Hamilton had been a partner in the family business - electronics instrumentation engineers Process Control Systems - since 1989.
He was also a keen musician and played trombone for various bands over the years, including the Bournemouth
Scout Band, the New Dorset Dance Orchestra and the New Forest Big Band.
At least 40 of the 49 coach passengers - 42 of whom were British - were hurt in the crash.
Austrian police believe the coach was forced off the road by a minibus, which swerved to avoid an oncoming car while overtaking.
