Man still held after road death

Police want a group of people seen in Eastwood Road to come forward
A man is still being questioned on suspicion of murder following the death of a man found in a road.

Francis Alan Anthony Foord, 34, of Cherry Close, Sittingbourne, was found in Eastwood Road in the town on 19 March and later died in hospital.

Police arrested a 21-year-old man on Thursday over the death and on Saturday he was still being held.

A 20-year-old man was released without charge on Tuesday after being arrested on suspicion of murder.

At the time of Mr Foord's death, police appealed for a group of men and women seen in Eastwood Road on the night of 19 March to come forward.
