The head teacher of a Wiltshire school has been arrested and released on bail as part of a police investigation.
Barry Knock was suspended in July from St Mary's School in Purton, following allegations made against him.
He was arrested on Monday and interviewed at Melksham police station, before being released on police bail pending further inquiries.
The nature of the allegations have not been revealed. Mr Knock is to return to Melksham police station in October.
