Man is charged over fiesta death

A teenager has been charged with murder following the death of a man at the Bristol Balloon Fiesta.

Colin Philip Treharne, 21, of Lawrence Weston, died in hospital on Sunday after an incident on Saturday evening near the Fiesta's fairground.

John Anthony Skinner, from Weston- super-Mare was charged with his murder on Tuesday and appeared in court.

The 19-year-old appeared was remanded in custody to appear at Bristol Crown Court on 24 August.
