Rail line reopens after body find
Train services through Gloucester have resumed after being disrupted by the discovery of a body on the track.

Police were alerted by staff at the city's railway station at 0635 BST on Tuesday.

Investigations are under way to establish how the man came to be on the line, at Dean's Walk in Kingsholm.

First Great Western, Wessex Trains and Arriva Trains said services via Gloucester were disrupted, but were now running again.

A spokesman for British Transport Police said the man's relatives were being informed of the death, which is being treated as suspicious until the cause is determined.
