Man on murder charge up in court
A man charged with the murder of 23-year-old Benjamin Whitehead in Cornwall has been remanded in custody.

Edward Michael Kitts, 59, of Dobell Road in St Austell, entered no plea when he appeared before Truro Crown Court on Friday.

Mr Whitehead was stabbed outside his home in Polkyth Road in St Austell on 16 March.

Mr Kitts will appear before the Truro court again on 4 June for a plea and directions hearing.
