Police blue light
Officers are appealing for witnesses
Police have renewed their appeal for information about a road crash in which two people died.

Kathryn Berg, 20, and 28-year-old Benjamin Horsman were killed when their car was in collision with a lorry on Sunday evening.

The crash happened on the A92 Glenrothes to Dundee road just before midnight.

The road was closed for seven hours while police accident investigators examined the scene.

Police announced details of the victims' identities on Monday evening.

Both were resident in Dundee but officers said Ms Berg was originally from Burntisland, in Fife, and Mr Horsman was from Huntingdon, in Cambridgeshire.

The pair's silver coloured Renault Clio collided with a lorry travelling in the opposite direction.

Police have urged anyone who saw the vehicles prior to the crash at 2345 BST or witnessed the collision to call them on 01592 251111.
