Mr Buckley died a week after he was attacked

The brother of a man stamped to death in front of three generations of his family has called the experience "a nightmare."
Frank Buckley, 47, was attacked by 12 people after a night out with family in Swinton, Greater Manchester.
He was waiting for a taxi when the attack happened just after midnight on 14 March.
His brother, Geoff, said it was like "a dream you think you're going to come out of."
He told a news conference on Friday: "A 73-year-old lady was knocked unconscious. And one of the lads, a 47-year-old bloke who said 'I don't want any trouble', he was knocked out straight away.

"A 65-year-old pensioner was attacked. They beat women up, threw them around, that's what happened."
Mr Buckley said it was a completely unprovoked attack, and Frank Buckley was the type of person who would never invite trouble.
He said the family had gone out for dinner and drinks without expecting any difficulties at all.
"He was the rod. He did everything with his family. He wasn't the type of person who'd go off to the pub on his own, he'd take the family.
"He was building for the future, which has been taken away now.
"It's just a nightmare. The shock, horror, of having to go though it all.

"I just wouldn't like to see anyone else go through what we've had to go through over the last two weeks," he said.
Police say Frank Buckley bore the brunt of the attack, with one of the gang repeatedly stamping on his head.
The group had been to an Italian restaurant before going for a drink in Yates' Wine Lodge.
As they waited for a taxi home, Frank Buckley was set upon by a gang of up to 12 people and beaten to death.
He was taken to Hope Hospital, but died a week later from his injuries.
A 20-year-old man who was arrested in connection with the murder on Thursday was released without charge.
Police are appealing for anyone with information on the attack to come forward.
