Warrant is issued over stalker
A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a stalker who pestered an aristocrat for two years.

Stephen Adamson, 43, from Broadway, Worcestershire applied to work as a cleaner at Lady Rosalthe Rundall's estate in Chipping Camden, Gloucs.

In February he pleaded guilty to breaching a court order forbidding him from communicating with Lady Rundall.

The case was adjourned pending a psychiatric report, but Mr Adamson failed to attend court for sentencing.

Newspaper clippings

In August 2003 Mr Adamson was made the subject of a two-year order preventing him from communicating with Lady Rundall.

But he broke the order on 11 February, 2004 by sending her newspaper clippings concerned with the case.

He was due to attend the sentencing hearing on August 9 but failed to appear, citing a lack of funds.

Cheltenham magistrates issued a warrant for his arrest on 16 Aug after he again failed to turn up for sentencing.
