Midnight heist at car dealership
A man has been arrested after several cars were stolen from a car dealership in Wirral.

It is still unclear how many vehicles were taken from Wirral Carz on Chester Road in the early hours of Friday.

Police were alerted after getting a call from someone saying they had seen a number of vehicles of various makes being driven off towards Birkenhead.

Two cars have been recovered in the Arrowe Park area - one of them after it had been crashed.

The other was found abandoned in the car park of the Cherry Orchard pub in Arrowe Park.

Traffic Patrol have spotted more of the vehicles around the Arrowe Park area.

Wirral Carz sells a variety of different makes and models of mainly used vehicles.
