Powder in parcel 'is non-toxic'
The powder found in a suspicious parcel at a man's home in Luton is non-toxic, police say.

The parcel was delivered to the house in Buchanan Drive, Stopsley, on Saturday morning.

When the homeowner went to unwrap the parcel he noticed powder and became suspicious.

The man and the first police officer who arrived on the scene went through a precautionary decontamination procedure while the powder was sent for tests.
