Motorist killed as cars collide
A man has died in a a collision between two cars on the A21 in Kent.

Ambulance teams arrived at the scene in Lamberhurst at 2100 GMT on Wednesday and the man was pronounced dead a short time later.

He has not yet been named but the second driver, a woman in her 50s, was taken to the Kent and Sussex Hospital with minor injuries.

Emergency crews said the collision, near Perch Lane, was thought to have been a head-on crash.

Kent police said both motorists were from the Tunbridge Wells area, and the crash was being investigated.
