Paddling pools open after revamp
Two paddling pools have reopened in Lincolnshire following urgent safety works.

East Lindsey District Council closed the pools in Mablethorpe and Sutton on Sea because they were deemed to be a risk to the public.

They were shut in January after they were discovered to be in a dirty condition.

The council has spent £170,000 on the clean-up and general improvements at the two sites.

Bob Such, head of tourism for East Lindsey District Council said: "These are fantastic, we've got all the new equipment.

"As well as making them look nice, they're now extremely high quality in terms of cleanliness and that's important."
