There has been a discount to encourage drivers to use the road

Drivers are now being charged more to use Britain's only privately-funded motorway, the M6 Toll.
It has cost motorbikes £2, cars £3 and vans £6 since the new charges were introduced on Monday morning.
Midland Expressway Limited, the firm running the motorway, always said the cost of driving on it would go up once the 10 millionth customer had used it.
Charges increased after a driver from Cannock in Staffordshire reached the milestone last week.
Main plazas
The company had operated a discounted rate to encourage people to use the road following the opening of the £900m motorway last December.
During the day motorbikes have previously been charged £1, cars £2 and vans £5.
A discounted rate is still in place for heavy good vehicles.
Until December this year they will pay £6 during the day and £5 at night.
Cars leaving the road at junctions which are not the main toll plazas will still only pay £2.
