A murder investigation has begun after a man was shot dead at a house in Greater Manchester.
Police were called to a house in Brigade Drive, Stretford, at about 2115 GMT on Wednesday.
The victim was taken to Trafford General Hospital but died shortly after his arrival.
A post-mortem examination on the man - who has not yet been identified - is due to take place. Police are appealing for information about the incident.
