Israeli missiles fired into Gaza
Israeli helicopter gunships have fired missiles into the Gaza Strip for a second night, with no reported casualties.

The target of the attacks is unclear; residents said the missiles appeared to have been fired at a field.

Israeli military officials told AP news agency the gunships had fired at Palestinian militants who were seen assembling rockets.

On Sunday the Israelis fired at least two missiles into Rafah refugee camp.

The missiles were fired at open fields to secure ground forces during a routine operation, according to Israeli military sources quoted by AP.

Following Monday's attacks, the emergency services rushed to the scene but held back as the gunships were still overhead.

Israel's Prime Minister Ariel Sharon plans to dismantle Jewish settlements in Gaza during 2005.
