An event promoting street culture and urban sports took place in Maidstone this weekend.
Skateboarding, BMX riding, DJ mixing, breakdancing and graffiti art were among activities on offer in Up Rockin' at Maidstone Millennium River Park.
The free event also featured street theatre and live music.
Council arts chiefs have praised the event for giving young people something to do and for making good us of the town's parks.
Wendy Dean, Arts Development Officer for Maidstone Borough Council, said: "It involves anything to do with street culture and urban sports really.
"The day itself is free of charge so anyone can come along and take part in the activities.
"It's very important for us to try to increase the usage of our parks, to encourage people to use that space creatively, and this is actually being held in Maidstone Millennium River Park which is a fairly new park in the town centre."
