Body recovered from sea in Devon
The body of a man has been recovered from the sea in Devon. Police officers received a call from a member of the public at about 0715 BST on Saturday reporting a body in the water at Slapton Sands.

The body, which is thought to be that of an 80-year-old local man, was recovered from the sea.

The man has not been formally identified, but police say the man's next of kin have been informed. There are no suspicious circumstances.
