Detectives appeal to trace men

Police have been trying to find the men for several months
Police are hunting two men who they believe can help them with firearms and drugs investigations.

Detectives have been looking for Andrew Caffrey and Felix Thomas, both from south Manchester, for a number of months.

Greater Manchester Police said they are trying to trace the men in connection with a number of ongoing inquiries.

Mr Thomas is also known as "Thomas Ankeli", is nicknamed "Cat" and has associates in Preston and Liverpool.

Detective Chief Inspector Mick Lay, of the Armed Crime Unit, said: "Officers have been trying to trace Felix Thomas and Andrew Caffrey for a number of months now as they may be able to assist in a number of on-going investigations.

Facial scar

"If anyone has any information about either of them, or knows where they are, they should contact us.

Mr Thomas, who was born in Manchester, is black, 6ft 1ins tall and has a one inch scar across the right side of his face.

He has brown eyes and brown hair which he wears cut short and sometimes shaven.

Mr Caffrey is described as 5ft 7ins tall and medium build. He is black and has black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone who has seen the men or has information about where they are should contact the armed crime unit or ring Crimestoppers.
