Man's body is pulled from river
The River Medway at Rochester
Emergency services were called out at 1930 GMT on Tuesday
The body of a man was recovered from the River Medway in Kent on Tuesday night.

Kent Police are trying to identify the body, which was found at Rochester, close to Cuxton Marina.

Police and the coastguard helicopter were called to the area shortly before 1930 GMT on Tuesday after reports a person had been seen on the mudflats.

The man has not been named, but officers believe he was aged between 50 and 60 and from the Sittingbourne area.

Police said the death was not being treated as suspicious.
