The jail houses low security prisoners

A jail stand-off has ended after a prisoner was taken hostage by other inmates at Dartmoor in Devon.
Trained negotiators were called to the category C jail, and a Home Office spokesman said it was a "serious" but not uncommon incident.
The spokesman could not confirm if any weapons had been used, nor how many prisoners were involved.
The incident was confined within a cell, and the rest of the prison was said to be running normally and calmly.
A Prison Service spokesman said: "We can confirm that the incident has been resolved peacefully.
"There have been no injuries to staff and an investigation will
follow."
