A man arrested on suspicion of murder, after the death of a man found lying in a road in Sittingbourne on Friday night, has been freed without charge.
The 34-year-old died in hospital after being found with fatal injuries on Eastwood Road at 2335 GMT.
Kent Police launched a murder inquiry and arrested the 20-year-old man, releasing him on Tuesday.
Officers said they were still looking for another man in connection with the incident.
The victim has not been named.
