An 18-year-old off-licence worker was threatened by masked robbers and left tied up for over an hour.
The men left the worker tied up with gaffer tape after raiding Threshers in Kingston Road, Leatherhead, on Thursday at about 1945 BST.
The teenager was freed an hour later when he was found by his manager.
Surrey Police have appealed for witnesses who saw the men loading drink and cigarettes into a vehicle outside the store to call them.

A police spokeswoman said the store was about to close when three men came in and asked for a case of lager.
When the cashier bent down to get the case he felt something pressing into his back and looked up to find the men wearing masks.
The robbers filled bags with alcohol and cigarettes and made several trips outside to load a vehicle.
A police spokesman said: "The cashier has obviously been left very shocked and upset by his ordeal and we are obviously keen to trace the robbers as soon as possible."
The men were all white. One is just over 6 ft tall, very thin and in his mid twenties.
The second has a very high-pitched voice and was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt.
The third man was about 5 ft 9 ins tall and also wore a dark hooded top.
