The stars of hit US comedy Laverne & Shirley have been honoured with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Penny Marshall and Cindy Williams starred in the Happy Days spin-off about two single, working women in late 1950s Milwaukee.
The 1970s comedy series went on to be a huge success.
Their stars were unveiled in Los Angeles on Thursday in front of former Happy Days star Henry Winkler, who played the Fonz.

We never got any Emmys, so this is great

Marshall, 61, and Williams, who turns 57 this month,
first appeared in Happy Days as Laverne DeFazio and Shirley Feeney.
They were originally cast as fast girls who dated the Fonz and Richie Cunningham.
Williams said receiving the star was like living a dream, and thanked her family and friends.
"I would not be standing here today were it not for one
person, and that person I share this day and night with is
Miss Penny Marshall," she said.
Film director
Marshall added: "We never got any Emmys, so this is great.
"I always thought I was a door mat - I let people walk on me.
"Now I'm a piece of cement. It's harder, but it's got a star on it."
Since Laverne & Shirley, Marshall went on to become a producer and director whose films include Big and A League of Their Own.
Williams co-produced Father of the Bride and its
sequel.
She has also appeared on TV shows such
as Law & Order and Seventh Heaven.
