Cousin admits drink-driving

A man has appeared in court to admit killing his teenage cousin through careless driving whilst unfit through drink.

Simon Nzara, 23, of Mansfield Road, Nottingham, was charged after a fatal smash on the A52 at Donington, near Spalding, South Lincolnshire, last May.

Edson Sinyoro, 18, died as a result, Lincoln Crown Court heard on Tuesday.

Mr Nzara was bailed after the case was adjourned until next month for pre-sentence reports.

A charge of aggravated vehicle taking was dropped.
